Outboard engine and marine repair

We took our boat to Delaware City Marina where it sat for 4months. Charlie the mechanic who worked on it finally called in September saying the vessel was ready, 2000.00 later we picked it up I asked him was it under warranty he said yes and gave me his word. The same day we took it out on the water, had to get it towed in called Charlie and of course he suddenly had a brain 🧠. After doing some research I was referred to DC MARINE DAVE DID A PHENOMENAL JOB IN 3 WEEKS. TOOK our boat out yesterday and it worked 💪like a charm
